I’ve been sitting at work for almost seven hours now I think. I’ve lost count. All I know is I have to work 12 hours today to get all of my hours in. *Yawn*

Hey everybody. I am on my phone posting this. Today was my first day back at work. Tiresome but I had to shoot a concert tonight and got to meet the original drummer from Journey.

Well I’m tired. It’s almost 2 a.m. right now and I just finished writing a chapter of “We Weren’t Crazy.” I had work tonight and I shot the Kool and the Gang concert. I’m tired and didn’t sleep all that great last night because I had to wear this thing on my finger to let the doctors know if I stop breathing in my sleep. (more…)

A butterfly on my front porch earlier this week.

I’m so happy and giddy right now. I needed something to cheer me up after the day I’ve had and so… I made a midnight splurge and bought myself my first real zoom lens for my new Canon camera. The butterfly above was taken earlier this week with the normal lens. It was a huge butterfly.

Ah, it’s been a hectic few days since the show here in South Georgia. A part of me feels as if the entire day was a dream. Even had some nasty comments here on the site, saying I’m crazy for being excited as I was over a rose, but fuck them. For once, I had everything going for me at a show – front row center seats, backstage access, I felt awesome. I worked my butt off to get to that point too and I won’t let anybody bring me down for it.
