Two days had passed and they were now arriving in Sweeden so that the guys could do press about their hundred hour tour that they would be leaving on in a few days. They also had to rehearse for the EMA’s along with Madison who was taking Christina Aguilera’s place, and then perform on the awards.

Nick and Madison were still playing along with their fake “in love” marriage, but AJ knew that it wasn’t really going to work because Nick told him on the way to London. Everybody else was still buying it, even the press. Madison was ready for the marriage to be over with. Nick on the other hand was falling for her even more.

Madison stood in the bathroom trying to dial Grace’s number and kept getting a busy signal.

“Uhh Grace get off your cell…” Madison thought as she dialed and finally got through.

“Hello?” asked Grace sounding chipper.

“Grace.. hey sis, it’s me.” said Madison.

“Oh my sister who is all galvanting around Eastern Europe with her brand new husband, what can I do for you?” asked Grace.

“Is Mom and Daddy still expecing me and Nick to come for Thanksgiving?” asked Madison.

“Umm yep.” said Grace, “That’s all dad is talking about. Mom too. Jeff and Marisya are splitting up so he’s coming home for Thanksgiving and bringing Jana because Marisya doesn’t want to come since they are splitting up.”

“Ohh…. so like the whole family will be there.” said Madison.

“Yes and Dad wants well he’s expecting, well you and Nick are coming.” said Grace, “Even if it is going to end a few days after, you’re coming.”

“I know..” said Madison, “I don’t know if I want to bring him home knowing that a few days later…. we’re gonna be other with. I don’t want Caley around him that much to get so attached to him, I mean yeah we’re gonna stay friends after this, but….. we won’t see each other like we are right now. I mean hell the only reason I’m over here is because of this whole marriage accident.”

“That’s true about Caley, but you have to think… Dad would kill you if he knew you went off, got drunk, and married a stranger.. no matter how old you are, he would and you know it. Just do this and then tell them you rushed into it and you weren’t ready.” said Grace as Madison stood there and sighed.

“Okay….. I guess so.” said Madison, “Are you going to meet me in Nashville to record the songs?”

“Yeah…. definetly.” said Grace.

“Okay.. umm I’ve got one called “I Need You” and then I Wanna Do “Always On My Mind”.” said Madison.

“The Elvis/Willie Nelson/ and god knows who else has recorded it?” asked Grace.

“Yeah.. just like as a bonus track or something.” said Madison.

“Okay.. that’s cool.” said Grace, “I’ll talk to ya later, have fun.”

“I will…” said Madison.

“Good luck on the awards.” said Grace.

“Thanks… bye.” said Madison as she hung up the phone, leaning against the bathroom counter when she heard Nick’s voice outside, “Damn……”

“Madison… we gotta go rehearse so you gonna go with us?” asked Nick as Madison opened the bathroom door to see Nick and Brian standing there.

“Yeah… those MTV crews gonna be with ya?” asked Madison.

“Not yet.” said Nick, “My throat and all hurts so no kissy kissy alright. I don’t want you gettin’ sick cuz you’ve gotta go record.”

“Awww your so thoughtful baby not wanting me to get your dirty nasty germs, isn’t he the greatest Brian?” asked Madison as Brian started to laugh.

“Geez…” said Brian rolling his eyes.

“Yeah whatever.. you’re just jealous cuz your wife isn’t here.” said Nick as Brian started to smile a little.

“Yeah… I miss her….” said Brian as he looked down at his wedding band, “I’ll see her in a few days though….. day before Thanksgiving I’m going home to Marietta.”

“So are we.” said Nick as Brian looked at him.

“For real, oh to Madison’s parents.” said Brian, “Gonna meet the in-laws.”

“Yep.” said Nick, “Then the day after we’re flying down to the keys to see my parents and pick up Aaron and head on to Las Vegas for the Billboard Awards.”

“Ohh yeah…. you and Aaron are presenting.” said Brian.

“Yeah and Madison is performing… so, make it a little family affair.” said Nick as Madison started to laugh.

“That’s cool.. well ya’ll ready to go?” asked Brian.

“Yeah.. Nick can I talk to you alone really quick?” asked Madison as Brian walked on out and Nick stood there infront of her.

“Yeah?” asked Nick.

“My father is expecting us so we can’t really back out now like we talked about earlier…. he wants us to come. My brother and his daughter are going to be there, Grace, Caley, everybody….” said Madison.

“Alright….. just what you said about Caley getting use to the idea of me and then… she’d blame you and everything, I understood where you were coming from.” said Nick.

“So we’ll continue our thing, spend Thanksgiving there and the next day go down to your parents.” said Madison.

“Alright babe.. that’s what we’ll do.” said Nick.

“Okay.” said Madison as Nick smiled.

“Cool let’s go rehearse…” said Nick as he took her hand and they walked out.

“Yeah, we’re gonna pick Aaron up and stay over night and then head to Las Vegas and spend a few days before the awards.” said Nick as him and AJ were walking back from a press conference in the back of the arena where the EMA’s were going to be held.

“Thats cool, I bet your mom will like her.” said AJ.

“I hope so… I just hope that like maybe something can click in time but I doubt it. Madison wants out of this so bad.” said Nick as they heard music start, as they walked out to see the stage and then see Madison up rehearsing.

“Oh hell yeah!” Yelled AJ clapping as Madison looked over to see Nick and AJ clapping.

“What are you guys doing.. I thought you had the press conference…” said Madison as she took her mic off and handed it to one of the stage crews.

“We finished it.. that was great.” said Nick as Madison walked off stage and up to them.

“Thanks.. it feels kind of weird because like I don’t know that band back there or nothing and I have these dancers that I don’t know but they know my dance to the song, it’s weird.” said Madison.

“Nah it’s cool.. it looked great…. you looked hot up there dancing.” said Nick as AJ started to laugh.

“I am hot.. it’s hot under those lights up there.” said Madison.

“I think he was meaning another hot.” said AJ laughing as Madison looked around.

“Oh well thanks..” said Madison laughing, “Nick you really need to get your hair cut.”

“I know…” said Nick as a lady walked up to Madison and told her something.

“I gotta go do some more stuff like wardrobe and all so I’ll meet you back at the room later okay.” said Madison as she kissed Nick on the cheek.

“Okay baby.” said Nick as Madison walked off with the woman and AJ looked over at Nick.

“Haircut?” asked AJ as Nick nodded his head yes and looked up, pushing his bangs out of his eyes.

“Haircut… let’s go.” said Nick as they walked out.
