“Thank god they are gone.” Kelsey said as she closed her apartment door, locking it, “I can go check my e-mail.” as she walked over to her computer which was already turned on and logged online, “I can’t forget my laptop either. I gotta pack that.”
She logged into her e-mail to see 1 new message and smiled while she clicked on it and began to read it.
Hey girl,
Hmm, have I ever thought about meeting anybody like this before? You want me to be honest? I never have. I’ve never even considered. I’ve looked at the personal ads laughing sometimes thinking that there are some pretty desperate people out there. I mean, I was doing that the night I saw your ad but you were kinda interesting to me. So I took a shot and answered it. The result hasn’t been half bad so far either. 
Yeah I’m a salesman. I sale music actually. I’m not that good of a salesman. I think my looks does part of it. I’m told I’m kind of cute. Well not really. I just have a big ego. I’m joking by the way, I don’t have a big ego. Actually right now I’m not making much sense at all.
That Kelsey chick is cool. She’s got a cute southern accent. Her songs are really good too. I think I’m going to have to get her CD so I can hear this next single of hers. Did you watch the show? She’s actually coming to LA. Too bad she won’t be doing any concerts, I might would go lmao
So did you get your hair done? How did you get it
done? I think I need a haircut. My hair is coming down in my eyes. That’s a sign that I need one right?

“What the hell?” Kelsey asked while laughing, “My Burger King? Oh my god he’s whack.” Kelsey said laughing as she hit reply on the e-mail and began typing.
She sat there typing out a letter to him while smiling. Then she would re-read it to make sure it sounded okay before she hit send.
“Damn. I’ve gotta pack.” Kelsey said as she looked down at Princess, “Yep, I’m going to LA! Damn why am I excited?” she asked as she got up and walked into her bedroom to pack.
“Dude, go and leave me alone.” Nick said laughing as he was trying to push Brian out of his hotel room, “Leave.”
“Fine, fine.” Brian said, “Don’t be doing anything in here that I wouldn’t do.”
“I won’t.” Nick said laughing as he shut and locked he door and turned around, walking over to the bed, sitting down. He looked over at his computer and back up at the TV as he took a deep breath.
“Well..” Nick mumbled to himself as he yawned, “Hm have to get out of the hotel room some tomorrow now won’t I?” as he reached over to his laptop, logging online when his cell phone rung.
“Damn shit.” Nick said as he answered it, “What?”
“Rok says that girl is coming back.” AJ said as Nick rolled his eyes.
“Damn he’s got a big mouth. That country girl, yeah.” Nick said, “Now lemme go. I’m online.”
“Yes Burger King.” AJ said giggling as Nick looked around.
“How the fuck do you know about that?” Nick asked as AJ laughed and hung up on him, “Damn moron.” Nick went to his e-mail, logging in to see that he had one new message, “Oh, a new e-mail.” as he click on it and began to read.

So what’s up? It’s an order to e-mail you back? Well
you might be Burger King but I’m not Dairy Queen
and I don’t take orders from anybody. Did that make sense? I tried to make it sound funny although a Blizzard from Dairy Queen sounds really good right now.

So you sale music? Well if you sale music, couldn’t
you get that girl’s CD free though, or do you just deal in pop/rock music and such since she’s country. You said you didn’t listen to much country. Oh forget it. But yeah,
I saw it. I thought she did really good. I like her music. Her next song is really good. I think it’s my favorite one on her album. The video should be really good.
So you never really thought about answering a
personal ad before huh? I diffently didn’t but I just
got so tired of not having anybody to talk to so I said what the hell and I did it anyway.
My hair? I just got it trimmed a little, that’s all and styled.
Well, I need to go. I’ve got some things to do around here because I’m going to have a busy day tomorrow but, tomorrow afternoon I should be free so maybe we can chat if you want to okay? I’ll look for you.

“She’s whack.” Nick thought as he started to laugh and began to e-mail her back. He sat there e-mailing her back, re-reading what he told her and hit send. He sat there looking at his e-mail for a minute when he opened another window up, typing in the address for Kelsey’s official site. He clicked through all of the features and went to the photos, opening one up and looking at it.
“Hmm.. Rok’s an idiot.”
“Nick’s an idiot.” Brian said as Kevin sat there laughing at him, “He’s got the hots for that Kesley girl, but yet he’s e-mailing this other chick back and forth that’s from here in LA and she has no idea who he is and he doesn’t know jack shit about her except she likes BSB, hates ‘NSync and listens to country music.”
“He’s an idiot.” Kevin said laughing, “Well that’s Nick for you.”
“Yep and she said on the show tonight that she’s coming back to LA, so I told Nick if he runs into her, ask her out.”
“Oh come on Brian, like he’ll do that.” Kevin said while laughing, “He’s still hung up on what’s her name.”
“Yeah please let’s refer to her as what’s her name.” Brian said, “Especially around Nick or he might kick ass.”
“Yeah, lord help us at those Billboard Awards. I hope ‘NSync don’t go.” Kevin said.
“Seriously.” Brian said, “But Nick’s an idiot.”
“We knew this theory Brian.” Kevin said laughing.
“Kelsey, you need to get up.” Rachel said as Kelsey looked up at her the next morning.
“Fine.” Kelsey said as she got out of bed and stumbled into the living room, walking over to her desk.
“Get up and go to the computer. Damn.” Rachel said as she shook her head, “Our flight leaves in 2 1/2 hours. You best to get on the ball.”
“I am.” Kelsey said as she sat down, turning her computer on and then logging online, “I’m just gonna check my mail really quick.
“Sure.” Rachel said as she flipped the channels on the TV.
Kelsey logged into her e-mail to see that she had two new e-mails. She clicked on her e-mail box to see that they were both from Burger King and she laughed outloud.
“What’s so funny?”
“Nothing.” Kelsey said laughing as she clicked on the first letter and began to read it.

Yeah girl, I sell music, but.. it’s not THAT kinda music
ya know? It’s more like rock and hip hop stuff. Even
pop some. So I don’t sell country, so see, I’d have to go buy it.
I don’t know but I think you’ve got me hungry for some Dairy Queen or Burger King or Mickey D’s or Wendy’s now. Shit, all of them. Damn girl, you’re gonna kill me.
So, you just got your hair styled. What color hair do you have? If I can ask that is. I know it’s none of my business but I was just wondering. I’ve got dark
blonde hair if you care. It’s short kinda, I still think I need a haircut. I might get one soon.
Well I’ll be online tomorrow most of the day. I don’t
have to work really, so I’ll be here.

Kelsey smiled as she went and clicked on the next message and began to read it.
Hiya Princess,
It’s early in the morning. I’m online. I will be all day long I suppose, unless I go find some Dairy Queen. Damn you. I’ll be here though.

“Well.” Kelsey said as she smiled and Rachel looked over at her.
“What?”
“Nothing. I’m gonna go get dressed in a minute.” Kelsey said as she hit reply so she could e-mail him back. She sat there for a few minutes, e-mailing him back when she shut down her computer, hoping up and bouncing over on the sofa with Rachel.
“Oh god, what the hell got you so up and at ‘em?” Rachel asked laughing as she looked at Kelsey as she pulled her back in a ponytail.
“Nothing. I’m going to go take a shower and get ready.” Kelsey said smiling as she got up, going into her room.
“Nothing my ass.” Rachel said laughing as she stopped the TV on the weather channel and sighed.
“Blah.” Nick thought as he sat there on his bed, looking down at his laptop and back at the computer, “Damn I got up too fucking early. Too damn fucking early. I should have slept later. What the fuck? I’m a moron.” as he looked back over at his laptop to see that he had 1 new message.
“Oh lemme see here.” Nick said as he picked up the laptop, putting it in his lap, and clicking on the message.
Hey dude,
I’ll be on a little bit later. A few hours top. I’ve got to go somewhere first and then I’ll be on chat okay?
I promise! We finally get to chat!
By the way, now I want damn Dairy Queen, damn me.

Nick smiled as he hit reply, e-mailing her a quick message back and then turned his laptop off.
“Gotta let that rest for a little while.” Nick thought as he picked up the remote, turning the TV up and started flipping channels.
“Welcome back to LA.” Rachel said the next day as her and Kelsey walked into their suite the next day, “And I’m ready for a nap.”
“Oh hell no.” Kelsey said laughing, “We must be lively, go out. Shop.”
“Find salesman?” Rachel asked as Kelsey smiled, “No.”
“You suck.”
“Only for certain people.” Rachel said as Kelsey rolled her eyes, “Actually I’m going to go out and get something to eat. Probably from a Chinese place. I’m about to starve and I don’t want room service. You want anything?”
“No, I hate that shit.” Kelsey said, “I’ll be fine here. Go on.”
“Don’t you do anything stupid.” Rachel said as Kelsey rolled her eyes again, “And stop doing those eye things.”
“Yes mama.”
“Don’t start that either.” Rachel said, “Be back in a little bit.” as she walked out of the door and Kelsey took her bags into her room, opening up her suitcase and pulling out her laptop.
“Damn shit.” Kelsey thought as she threw the suitcase down on the floor and sat up on the bed. She hooked the laptop up and began to log online and onto her messanger where she saw his name lite up, showing he was online.
“Damn.” Kelsey thought as she bit her bottom lip and went to check her mail first, only to see 1 new messages - which was from him. She clicked on the message and began to read it.
Hey, I’ll be here
“Well that was short.” Kelsey thought as she closed her e-mail, looking back over at her messanger when she clicked on his name, opening a message box, and then sending him a message.
Kelsey:Burger King?
Nick:Yes?
Kelsey:Meet your Dairy Queen LMAO
Nick:oh my god are you for real? HI!
Kelsey:Yeah, I am for real *looks around*, what’s up dawg?
Nick:Dawg now?
Nick:nothing really, just chilling what about you?
Kelsey:Sorry, it’s the ghetto coming out in me lol I’m not doing anything really, I just was able to come online for a little bit and I saw you on so here I am!
Nick:Well hi then!
Kelsey:Hey, so did you get something to eat? You seemed hungry in your e-mails lmao
Nick:No I didn’t. I’m still hungry tho. What about you?
Kelsey:No, I ate a little bit ago. I had McDonald’s, the double cheeseburger meal with large fries and a sprite if you need to know the details lmao
Nick:Not really, but thanks for sharing anyway.
Nick:Hey, I never asked you that before, but I was wondering something.
Kelsey:Oh what?
Nick:Why exactly didja put an ad in the papers except for meeting people. You looking for love? And last, am I the only person you’re talking to since you posted your ad?
Kelsey:I don’t know why exactly I put it in the paper for in the first place. I guess I was kinda lonely, I mean I don’t have many friends really or a boyfriend so I just did it and yeah you’re the only one I’m talking to, you’re the only interested one that responded, the others were freaks lol
Nick:But are you looking for love?
Kelsey:Maybe kinda, are you?
Nick:Maybe, I went through some break up not a long time ago, so I’m still bruised, but I think that if love was knocking on my door, I wouldn’t refuse it.
Kelsey:Yeah, me either, I haven’t had a boyfriend in a long time, not a serious one anyway and I see all of these other people with someone and I don’t have anybody

Kelsey:Yeah so that’s why I did it. Why did you break up with your girlfriend?
Nick:I found her with someone else you know…

Kelsey:Yeah, I’m kind of off. I think I have to go somewhere soon but I’m not planning on it. I don’t want to anyway. I’d rather sit here online.

“Dammit.” Nick muttered as he got off the bed, going over the door to see Kevin and Howie standing outside, “Fuckers.” he thought as he opened the door and saw them standing there.
“Can I help you two?” Nick asked as he put his hand on his hip.
“Sassy!” Kevin said as he snapped his fingers, “Wanna go shopping with us?”
“No.” Nick said as he started to shut the door and Kevin stopped him.
“Damn you’re in a rush.” Kevin said laughing.
“What’s the hurry?” Howie asked.
“Nothing man. I just need to go watch that on TV. I don’t wanna go.” Nick said.
“Alright man.” Kevin said as he laughed while Nick shut and locked the door back, walking back over to the computer.

Kelsey:So did you see that girl you like on TV again when the show repeated last night?
Nick:Yes, in fact, I did. She’s very talented and not to dismiss, pretty.
Nick:Not bad to look at, if you get my drift.
Kelsey:Hey she said she was coming to LA, you should go to find her and ask her out or something. You’re a single guy you know
Nick:I already know where she’s staying at, but it’s not my type to go and follow someone around. She needs her privacy and maybe, I have other interest

“What?” Kelsey asked as Rachel walked into her room.

“Come on. We need to go meet with someone.” Rachel said.
“Uh now?” Kelsey asked, “Can’t we wait til later?”
“Yes now.” Rachel said, “Tell whoever you are talking to goodbye and let’s go.”
“Fine, gimme a few.” Kelsey said as Rachel shut the door and Kelsey started back typing.

Kelsey:Sorry I’m back
Nick:it’s okay
Kelsey:No I mean I don’t think it’s important right now. That’s why it’s the internet, you don’t need to know every single thing about someone at first. We can be invisible almost. Maybe later we might exchange names right?
Nick:If you say so
Kelsey:Yeah lol I say so
Kelsey:Are you gonna be around for a little bit? Because I’ve gotta go somewhere and I’m being forced to go
Nick:I don’t know, I might go out with my friend tho, I mean, we’re not so important in each others life so I think we chatted enough for today, don’t you think?
Kelsey:Hmm yeah I guess. Well I’ll e-mail you when I get back okay?

“Damn, he seemed mad.” Kelsey thought as she logged offline and turned her laptop on.
“Kelsey! Come on we need to go.” Rachel said as Kelsey hopped off the bed, grabbing her jacket.
“I’m coming. Why the hell do we have to go somewhere?” Kelsey said as her, Rachel, and David started to walk out of the suite.
“Because we need to meet with someone about the video.” Rachel said as Kelsey rolled her eyes.
“Stop being online so much.” David said as Rachel laughed at him and Kelsey cut her eyes over at him when they walked up to the elevator.
“I think your just jealous that you can’t work a computer.” Kelsey said as Rachel laughed and they got into the elevator.
“I am not.” David said laughing when the doors were about to close and someone ran up to elevator stopping them.
