“Wonder what Kelsey’s doing?”

“No telling.”

“Oh Rachel’s missing her friend.” David said as he laughed, “That’s pathetic man.”

“Sorry, I’m used to having her around all the time.” Rachel said, “Everybody should be here soon. Their flight landed twenty minutes ago or should have.”

“Yeah.” David said, “How’s Sharon doing?”

“She has to go in the hospital tomorrow for some tests.” Rachel said, “I don’t think she’s going to last much longer. She keeps getting worse and worse but she won’t tell Kelsey and refuses to let me tell her.”

“Damn.” David said as he leaned back in the chair, propping his feet up on the table, “She’s gonna flip out.”

“I know.” Rachel said as she looked over at the door, “But well atleast Nick will be there.”

“Hopefully.” David said laughing.

“I think he will.” Rachel said as she looked down at her watch and back over at the door.

“Barely moved, we’ve arrived.”

“Dude we’re whack.” Nick said as him and Kelsey sat there on the floor infront of the TV after finishing a pizza, “And damn I ate too much.”

“Dude me too. I won’t fit in my suit - damn now I gotta find something to wear for the performance.”

“The suit?”

“Nah I need something different.” Kelsey said, “Damn guess Rachel will have to call someone.”

“Go naked, that’ll get everybody’s attention.”

“You are sad.” Kelsey said as she reached over, pinching his nose.

“Why do you always do that?”

“I have no idea. Sorry, I won’t anymore.”

“Oh no, it’s fine.” Nick said laughing, “I was just wondering if this was a constant thing of yours that you do with everybody.”

“Hmm nope.” Kelsey said laughing, “Guess I do it to you because your so cute.”

“Yeah, and sexy.”

“But of course.” Kelsey said as she took a sip of her Mountain Dew.

“No I’m not.”

“Oh dude.” Nick said with such enthusiasm as Kelsey looked over at him, “Fuck that, you are.”

“Well hot damn boy. Preach it on brother.” Kelsey said as Nick cracked up laughing, “Damn.”

“Yeah yeah yeah.” Nick said as he pushed his arm with hers a little, “How’s your mom doing?”

“She’s doing good. She’s got to have some tests done tomorrow, but she said everything’s going great.” Kelsey said as she smiled, “She’s going to come to the opening show in Jacksonville.”

“For real?”

“Yep.”

“Hmmm when is it?”

“Hmmm January 18th.” Kelsey said, “Why?”

“Okay, I’ll be there too.” Nick said, “Gotta be there to see my girlfriend’s first night opening for THE Tim McGraw.”

“You don’t even like him.”

“He’s a cool guy.”

“You don’t like his music.”

“I plead the fifth man.”

“Why were you even watching CMT that day?” Kelsey asked as she looked over at him, “When you saw my video?”

“Dude, I was flipping channels. I saw you on there in the “Let Me Love You” video, it caught my attention and -”

“I was half naked in that video.”

“Like I said, it caught my attention, and so I watched it. Then I kept seeing you on TV and I saw your other video and then I bought your CD and found out you were in our hotel.”

“It was my nakedness.”

“I didn’t just see your video on TV and go okay he’s fine, I want him.” Kelsey said as she laughed.

“Well damn I didn’t -” Nick said as he paused, “Nevermind.”

“What?”

“Nothing.” Nick said as he looked away laughing.

“I’ve been a fan since hmm “We’ve Got It Going On” came out. Then you guys didn’t do anything here in the States, then you came back and I was still a fan.”

“Why did you say you liked Brian?”

“Well I did.” Kelsey said as Nick started to laugh, “I don’t know. I mean I did - hell I still do. The guy scares me literally.”

“Scares you?”

“Don’t ask man. I see him and he scares me.” Kelsey said as Nick laughed again, “I just always liked you too, just didn’t express my feelings.”

“You do now.” Nick said as Kelsey cut her eyes over at him smiling.

“I’m tired.”

“Poor thing.”

“Shut up.” Kelsey said as Nick laughed again, “Let’s go to bed.”

“It’s only 9:30.” Nick said as Kelsey looked over at him.

“Oh right, let’s go to bed.” Nick said as they both started to laugh and got up, running to the bedroom until Kelsey ran in and Nick tripped and fell on the floor, “Shit.”

“Oh god.” Kelsey said as she stood there, looking down at him.

“I’ve fallen and can’t get up.” Nick said as he held his arm up at her, “Help?”

“Psh. I can’t pick you up boy.” Kelsey said laughing as she unzipped her jeans and slid them off, “I’m going to go take a shower now.”

“Help!” Nick said as Kelsey laughed and walked into the bathroom. Nick layed there on the floor, on his back, looking around until he finally jumped up and walked over to the bathroom door. He looked around a little, easing the door open and sneaked in.

“We’re heeeeere!” Joey said as Rachel opened the door to see them both standing outside, “Where’s Kelsey? I need to talk to the girl.”

“She’s with her boyfriend right now.” Rachel said as she laughed, “The other guys go to their room?”

“Yep.” Samantha said.

“Which room are they in?” Joey asked.

“Not on this floor. Leave them alone for the night.” Rachel said, “I need to get all of you together so we can have a little meeting.”

“Oh bout what?”

“About tomorrow night. How we’re going to do it. Kelsey will go along with it. I talked it over with her.”

“What are we doing?” Samantha asked.

“I’m Not Suppose To Love You Anymore.” Rachel said, “But a more acoustic version.”

“Cool.” Joey said as she looked over at David who was asleep in the chair, “What’s the point of him being here if she’s with Nick?”

“That’s a damn good question.” David said, without opening his eyes, “Hey girls.”

“Hey.” Joey and Samantha said back to him.

“Alright well let’s go have that meeting now so we can get a good night’s sleep.” Rachel said as they walked out of the suite and Joey shut the door, looking over at Samantha.

“Gotta find out where Kelsey is. We need to talk to her.” Joey said as Samantha nodded her head, agreeing with her.

“Now this is the freakin’ life.” Kelsey said as she layed back on the bed, with her head propped up on some pillows while sucking on a cherry blow pop in nothing but a towel.

“Huh?” Nick asked as he looked over at her, watching her.

“I’m comfortable.” Kelsey said as she held the sucker out while she talked, moving it back and forth, “I could kick your ass for coming in there.”

“Oh please.” Nick said as Kelsey started to laugh at him, looking over at him, “You know that’s what you wanted.”

“Did not. I needed a shower.”

“Yeah whatever.” Nick said as he looked at the TV, “Nervous about tomorrow night?”

“A little.”

“Me too.”

“I mean, I dunno what I wanna say.” Kelsey said as she laughed, “It’s just weird, for me anyways.”

“Me too. I’m gonna get criticised because I’m dating a country chick.” Nick said as Kelsey sat up, looking over at him.

“Country. Singer. Not a chick. I’m not in the Dixie Chicks. I’m a girl and I’m a country singer. Call me a country girl, not a chick.” Kelsey said as Nick looked at her, almost in shock.

“Sassy.” Nick said as he snapped his fingers at her. Kelsey just rolled her eyes, laughing at him. Nick moved his hand over, trying to undo her towel and she hit his hands away and looked at him.

“What do you think your doing?” Kelsey asked as Nick smiled at her, “I’m sucking on something here.”

“Oh I know that.” Nick said as he looked at her, putting the blow pop back in her mouth, “Damn.”

“Oh my god.” Kelsey said as she looked over at him, “You are about the biggest pervert.”

“Dude, I am not. You’re the one always thinking of dirty shit.” Nick said as Kelsey shook her head, disagreeing with him, “Like the damn sharks.”

“I can’t help you’ve got a animal with two penises tattooed on your arm.” Kelsey said as Nick rolled his eyes.

“You and your penis talks. Floridia is shaped like a penis. A shark has two of them. Do you have a book about penises?”

“Would you be humiliated to call me your girlfriend if I did?”

“Holy shit you do?” Nick asked in shock as Kelsey busted out laughing.

“Hell no.” Kelsey whispered while putting the blow pop back in her mouth. She sucked on it one last time and then leaned up, tossing it over in the trash can. Nick just layed there watching her as she got up, putting on her t-shirt and panties and then hopped in bed, getting under the covers.

“Well about time you got dressed.” Nick said as Kelsey cut her eyes over at him.

“I was comfortable, plus I needed to rest. My back hurts.” Kelsey said as she looked away from him.

“Oh now how on earth did you hurt your back?” Nick asked.

“Someone came in the shower with me and scared me. Now WHO could that be.” Kelsey said as she looked back at him and Nick started laughing as he leaned over, rubbing her back and kissed her on the cheek and then started to laugh at her.

“It was funny when you fell on your ass.”
