“Damn.” Kelsey said as she smiled, “Lemme e-mail him back before I leave.”

“Hold up.” Nick said as he walked over to the door, opening it up to see Kevin standing outside, “Yo, what’s up?”

“Notta.” Kevin said smiling as he walked in to see Nick’s laptop opened up on his bed, “Did I interupt a chat with the woman?”

“Oh nah, I was just finishing getting dressed. I e-mailed her earlier.” Nick said as he walked back into the bathroom as Kevin sat down on the bed, “So what’s up?”

“So what’s she do again?” Kevin asked.

“She works with her friend who is a manager. Her name’s Leigh. She’s 21.” Nick said while he stood in the bathroom, looking in the mirror.

“Did you tell her your name?” Kevin asked as Nick looked out at him.

“I told her Nicholas, with an ‘h’ not a ‘k’.”

“Oh.” Kevin said as he nodded his head a little, “So when you gonna meet her?”

“Dunno.” Nick said, “I think I might want to before we leave LA, maybe after the Billboard Awards, before Christmas.”

“Yeah.” Kevin said as he looked around with a smirk on his face, “That’ll be cool. Can’t wait to meet her.” as Nick stuck his head back out, looking at Kev.

“What’s wrong with you?” Nick asked as Kevin laughed.

“Nothing. I’m glad you’re excited about something, even if it’s some girl you’ve never met.” Kevin said as Nick walked out, sitting on the edge of the bed, looking at Kevin.

“Uh huh.” Nick said as he looked down at his laptop.

“She mail you back?”

“I’m checking.” Nick whispered as he looked up at Kevin smiling and looked back down, “She did. She just did.”

“Really?” Kevin asked as he looked over at the clock and Nick clicked on it, “Read it outloud to me.”

“Dude.”

“Come on.”

“Fine.” Nick said as he began to read the letter outloud while Kevin sat there smiling at him.

“Personal?” Kevin asked as Nick looked up at him, rolling his eyes.

You’re right. Our relationship is really good right now. I mean, I told my friend about you and she’s calling you my little e-mail boyfriend, which I guess is true in a way ya know? Blah, I mean it is, I guess, I dunno I’m completely whack but your right. Our relationship right now fits into my life and that’s whack.

I didn’t know it was even him, which is whack. Blah anyways, I hate my life. Okay I really don’t because the past couple of days has been really awesome.

“Sounds nice doesn’t she?” Nick asked as he looked up at Kevin who was smiling, “Kev?”

“She sounds perfect Nick. E-mail her back.” Kevin said, “I need to go call Kristin.”

“Alright dude.” Nick said smiling as Kevin smiled, walking out of Nick’s room to see Kelsey, Rachel, and David walking out of their suite, and down to the elevator.

Well if this isn’t just perfect.” Kevin said as he shook his head laughing, “Nick and Kelsey are e-mailing each other back and forth. Kelsey placed a personal ad and Nick answered it. I’m not saying a word.”

Kevin walked down to his room, unlocking the door as he stopped and started to laugh, “Kevin doesn’t say a word, nope not one word to anybody. Let his ass find out for himself. He’s all on his own.” he thought as he walked into the room, shutting the door and cracked up laughing.

“Oh this is gonna be funny.”

“That was weird that Kevin came and apologized about that.” Kelsey said in the van on their way to meet with the director as David laughed, “What?”

“Nothin.”

“I thought it was nice of him.” Rachel said laughing, “I find it cute Nick likes you and is afraid to meet you. He must have a crush.”

“Uh huh.” Kelsey said as she rolled her eyes and sighed, “I hope they re-worked this whole video. I didn’t like that concept.”

“We know, you bitched about it hundreds of times.” Rachel said as Kelsey looked back over at her.

“Well.” Kelsey said laughing, “I didn’t wanna do it.”

“I know, and don’t forget, we’ve gotta meet with those people about what to wear.”

“Good god.” Kelsey said as David laughed, “Yeah yeah don’t laugh up there I know what you’re thinking.”

“Me?” David asked innocently as he turned around, “I’ve done nothing wrong.”

“Sure.” Kelsey said laughing.

“Ha!” David said as he turned back around while Rachel shook her head at them.

“You just want to see Britney at those awards. That’s all you want.” Kelsey said as David shook his head.

“Oh shut up, you wanna see JC Chasez.” Kelsey said as Rachel hit her lightly on the arm, “Oh and don’t forget that bastard Justin Timberlake.”

“AH! Sorry I don’t have Nick Carter lustin’ after me.” Rachel said as Kelsey looked in shock and hit her back.

“Alright women.” David said as he turned around in the seat, “No pulling hair. No fighting. No bitchslapping. I’ll go get the mud and you can mud wrestle.”

“Shut up David!” they both yelled as David smiled.

“Yes ma’am.” as he turned around in his seat laughing.

“Coming.” Brian said as he walked up to the door, opening it up to see Nick standing outside, “Hey.”

“Hey.” Nick said as he walked past Brian, into the room, “So I’ve got problems.”

“I knew that.” Brian said laughing as he shut the door, “What is it this time?”

“Okay first off, this Kelsey chick thinks I’m a freak yo after Kevin’s little stunt yesterday.” Nick said as Brian laughed.

“Heard all about it.” Brian said as he sat down, crossing his leg and arms while looking at Nick who was passing back and forth.

“Dude the look she gave me, it was like ‘You freak, what are you doing?’” Nick said as he hit himself in the head.

“I’m sure she didn’t, I mean-”

“Dude, you didn’t see the look on her face.” Nick said as he turned back around with his back facing Brian, “Dude damn she thinks I’m a freak.”

“Princess Grace. Her name is Leigh. That’s her name. I told her my name was Nicholas, spelled wrong you know. Dude I really like her. Like she can read my mind almost and know exactly what I’m thinking. I shouldn’t like her, but damn if I do.” Nick said as he put his hands on top of his head, pressing into it.

“Nick, whoa buddy calm down.” Brian said as he stood up, walking over to him, “Take a deep breath.”

“I hope so, cuz your ass isn’t right now.”

“Nope.” Nick said as he took a deep breath, “See I can.”

“Good.” Brian said, “Now. Why don’t you just meet Kelsey?”

“I can’t. I don’t know why.” Nick said as he looked down, “I don’t know. I’m shy.”

“I don’t know. Maybe it’s because I think she’s so cute. I don’t know.” Nick said.

“She’s harmless. Trust me. She’s probably just in awe of you.” Brian said.

“Oh please. She thinks your cute.” Nick said as he looked up, looking at Brian, “She thinks I’m a freak.”

“I bet she doesn’t. Want me to ask her?”

“Hell no. I wanna go out. Dude you don’t know how quick I ran down to your room before I saw her. Damn being on the same floor man.” Nick said as he shook his head.

“Where ya wanna go?” Brian asked.

“Shopping. I need some shoes. There’s this new style of Nike’s I want man.”

“Alright, lemme go get ready real quick.” Brian said as he smiled, walking into the bathroom while Nick stood there, crossing his arms, looking as if he was thinking.

“Well I like that concept alot better.” Kelsey said as they walked out of the meeting with the director later, “Hell of a lot better than givin’ it up on camera.”

“Like you’d give it up.” Rachel said laughing, “But no really it is.”

“A concert theme I like it. We gotta get Joey and Samantha back out here so they can be in it. They’ll kick ass if they aren’t.” Kelsey said as David laughed, “What?”

“They couldn’t kick ass if they tried.” David said.

“Yeah I know but I can’t have any fake back up singers. They’ve gotta be there.” Kelsey said.

“I’ll call them in a little bit and fill them in.” Rachel said, “I like it better too. And by the time we finish it, it’ll be time to go to the awards anyway and you guys need to rehearse for that. It won’t hurt them to come a few days early.”

“Yeah.” Kelsey said, “Plus well when they find out we’re staying on the same floor as Backstreet Boys, poor girls will flip out.”

“Let’s hope they don’t attack Brian and AJ.” Rachel said as she shook her head.

“That would be a shame wouldn’t it.” Kelsey said laughing, “They’ll be cool with it. We’ll just have to bitchslap them.”

“Oh cat fight.” David mumbled as Kelsey looked over at him.

“You just want to see girls fight.”

“Exactly.”

“Pervert.”

“Well I got info on that Nick guy that you want to know but ya know, you’re calling me a pervert and I’m not going to tell you.” David said as he smiled at her and Rachel looked at him.

“David!”

“Oh come on Rachel. She should know that he was standing outside the suite door last night, staring at it.” David said as Kelsey looked over at him in shock.

“Do what?” Kelsey asked as she stopped in the hallway of the building and looked at David and back at Rachel.

“Last night. I came over to go over today’s plans with Rach. Well I come out of my room and there’s blonde boy standing across the hall from the suite door, starring at it. So I stood there talking to him a minute. He said he was waiting on his friend. I don’t think so because when I went to knock on the suite door, he went back into his room.” David said as Kelsey looked at Rachel.

“And you knew about this?” Kelsey asked.

“Yeah.” Rachel said.

“Oh my god, what did you talk about?” Kelsey asked, looking back at David.

“Oh, I told him I knew who he was and I think he acted as if he didn’t know who I was then he was like ‘Oh you came to the concert right?’ He was trying to play it cool. We didn’t say too much. I told him you and Rachel were really big fans.” said David as Rachel laughed and Kelsey stood there in shock.

“So he was like actually just starring at my door?” Kelsey asked.

“Wonder if he heard you singing drunk at the top of your lungs?” Rachel asked as Kelsey started walking down the hallway, “Where you going?”

“Oh I need a drink.”

“Oh no, here we go again. I told you David.”

“Damn.” David said laughing as him and Rachel followed Kelsey.
