Well, I said I wanted to have the relaunch done by the weekend and I kind of got that done. There’s 56 minutes left in the weekend technically because it’s 11:04 p.m. at night. I’m technically still at work, waiting on my co-worker to finish with his section of the newspaper. I’m done with my part and after he finishes, I can go home.

But welcome to the new My Confession! I plan on making this site a bigger part of my life again. Not only will I post stories here, but I will blog – and blog often might I add. There won’t be sporadic updates once every two months. I’m going to update often with thoughts, opinions, feelings and maybe even some BSB adventures here and there if I’m lucky enough. Hell, maybe even have some meet-ups along the way with some readers if any are interested!

I also plan on writing again. I want to continue “Superstar.” I love the idea of the story, the song that it’s based on and all of that.  With work now, I write more than I did when I first started almost a year ago (doesn’t seem like it’s been that long since I graduated college!). So writing more for work, well that takes away my time for writing for pleasure.

But there’s all of this creativness that’s built up inside of me that I need to get out and I want to get it out by writing I think.

Writing what? I don’t know. Definetly on “Superstar,” I know. Maybe a BSB/NASCAR story that I started once before but quit. I plan on re-editing “Lucky Star,” which I believe was my second big story and putting it back online.

I have a lot of plans people and this is only the beginning.

My Confession is back and back to the way it used to be!

Hey Thamiris! I think the story you’re thinking about is called “It’s Not Just Me.” It’s a story about Nick and a girl who he’s been friends with and realizes he’s in love with her. Yes, typical story. In the story, she’s the girl in the “I Got You” video :)

I have a question too, you said the first story you wrote is “Back at one”, right? Are you gonna post it here too? I was looking for it, but couldn’t find it. It would be cool to read it =) The right kind of wrong is from that era too, right? You can tell how you’ve grown in your writting but I still LOVE The right kind of wrong.

Thanks Paola :) I would really love to put “Back At One” online and I may put snippets of it back online at some point, but not the whole thing for several reasons that I don’t want to get into it.  “The Right Kind of Wrong” was from around 2001 or 2002. I originally started writing “Back At One” around December 1999, so it’s been over 10 years.

Well Nikki, work is all I really do :) Besides work, I’m a concert photographer at a place nearby, I follow sports more thanks to my job and I try to hang out with friends from college and others as much as I can. A lot of my friends live outside of town now thanks to graduating from college or because they moved away, etc. I’m as single as they come right now thanks to my busy career and I like it that way :)
